Our moulding machines range from 15 to 260 tonnes and can cater for the majority of most industry moulding requirements. Our process engineers are experienced in most materials including general purpose ones and specialist engineering polymers such as PEEK, PEI, PPS etc. Secondary operations also available are, ultrasonic welding, printing, hand assembly, heat insertion and more.

Injection moulded items have now successfully replaced many metal parts at a fraction of the cost, while boasting a durability which at times exceeds the former ones. With injection mouldings however lead times can be significantly reduced therefore resulting in better, efficient and highly cost effective final products.
